30-day satisfaction guarantee

You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to contact us about a return, replacement or refund.

Damaged, defective, wrong or lost? We'll make it right.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, you receive the wrong item, or your package is lost in transit, we'll send a free replacement or give you a full refund — your choice. Just email us a photo of the item (and packaging, if possible). You won't need to send it back unless we ask.

Changed your mind?

Unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. The customer pays the return shipping cost; original shipping is free, so nothing is deducted for it. Personalized and engraved items are made just for you, so they're final sale unless they arrive damaged, defective or with an error on our part.
